Ok, so today we tried making tamales for the first time. Under Mariana's direction we made carne asada, chicken, pinapple and raisins, and pear with raisins tamales. This being the first time we made tamales I have to say we did a great job thanks to Mariana. Marcus, Gabe, and Brendon did their parts... the traditions continues, the next generation takes over.
